摘要: 针对油气田生产系统输送与处理介质的复杂性, 通过分子内协同效应、大小分子间相互镶嵌补强以及合 适的HLB 值, 研究开发的DCI 系列油田缓蚀剂具有保护膜形成速度快、附着牢固、结构致密的特点。DCI 系列油田缓 蚀剂能够对CO2、H2S、溶解氧、微生物等腐蚀介质, 在高矿化度、高氯条件下的腐蚀起到很好的抑制作用。应根据油 田生产工艺及腐蚀情况, 确定合适的缓蚀剂投加工艺, 确保缓蚀剂的功效得到充分发挥。缓蚀剂总体加入量应根据腐 蚀环境情况, 通过室内实验和现场试验优化、确定。

Abstract: In view of the complexity of the transportation and treatment media of oil/ gas field production system, DCI serial oilfield corrosion inhibitors are researched and developed by utilizing the intramolecular synergistic effect, intermolecular mutual-inlaying reinforcement and appropriate HLB value. They have features of fast forming of a protective film, strong adhesion, and the compact/ tight structure. The DCI series of oilfield corrosion inhibitors can cause the strong inhibition of the corrosion of corrosive media such as CO2, H2S, dissolved oxygen, microbes or micro-organisms under the high contents of salinity and chloride. We should determine the appropriate blending process of corrosion inhibitor according to the oil production process and corrosion conditions so as to ensure that the effectiveness of the corrosion inhibitors into full play. The total amount of the blended corrosion inhibitors should be based on corrosive environment, and be optimized and determined through indoor experiments and field tests.
